PRIVATE EVENTS

Exclusive Entire Venue


Our remarkable entire venue can host up to 300 guests for standing functions and 130 for seated events.

Fully equipped with an operational bar and state-of-the-art PA facilities, this space is perfect for corporate dinners, cocktail parties, meetings, and product launches.

What you need to know:

  • Minimum numbers: 80 seated guests (100 for standing cocktail functions)
  • Maximum numbers: 130 seated guests (300 for standing cocktail function)
  • Restricted dates apply

The Mezzanine Level
The mezzanine is a versatile upstairs space for those who prefer a more intimate environment. Situated on the first level overlooking the restaurant and stage, this space is ideal for cocktail parties. It includes a private bar and bathroom facilities and can accommodate up to 150 standing guests.

What you need to know:

  • Minimum numbers for exclusive use: 45 seated or 80 standing guests
  • Maximum numbers for exclusive use: 60 seated or 150 standing guests
  • Available exclusively on show nights only

Smaller Group Bookings (minimum numbers apply)

For smaller functions, we can organise group bookings for our dinner shows. This is ideal for staff parties and corporate entertaining. We can create a distinct menu and show package to suit your needs, however this is available on show nights only.

CONFERENCES

Flamingos Live can also convert into a premium corporate venue with customised lighting and table configuration.

Our flexible space has catered to a wide range of corporate events, conferences, meetings, seminars, and product launches over the years, making it perfect for post-conference, corporate cocktail parties and dinners.

Available seating configuration for conferences include cocktail, banquet, boardroom, U-shape, theatre, and classroom styles – we can work with you so you can have it just the way you like it.

What type of events or functions can I book?

You can book any type of event at Flamingos Live from a small group after-party of 50 people, a corporate function of 150 cocktail guests to a wedding of up to 200 people. How do I book a function at Flamingos Live?

How much does it cost to book a function at Flamingos Live?
Accordion Controller

Function hire costs vary depending on the space you are requesting and whatever services you require such as catering, drinks and music. Please use the form below with your requirements and we will provide a customised quote to meet your needs.

What are the terms and conditions for functions?
Accordion Controller

  • Your booking must be confirmed with a deposit paid within seven days. If your deposit is not paid within the 7 days, the booking will be cancelled. The deposit is 25% of the food package and room hire cost, which will be taken off the final bill.
  • Menu items must be confirmed two weeks prior to the function.
  • Final numbers are to be confirmed seven days prior to the function and you will be charged for those numbers given. Final payment is due on this day also, payment for beverages and other services can be made on the completion of your function.
  • Cancellations made 12 weeks prior to the function will result in a full refund. Cancellations made between twelve and three weeks prior to the function, will result in only half of the deposit being refunded.
  • Cancellations made three weeks prior will result in no refund.
  • Table arrangements and seating must be organized and confirmed with our function co-ordinator seven days prior to the wedding.
  • Functions that require more than the booked time allocation will be charged for as an extra.
  • The Entertainment card is not valid for functions.
  • A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • All credit card payments incur a surcharge.
  • Flamingos Live does not allow glitter, rice, and confetti or party poppers to be used on the premises. The venue reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if necessary.
