1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, or by purchasing tickets or making a booking with Flamingos Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase tickets from us.

2. About Flamingos Live

This website is operated by JH & WR Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 47 664 461 698), trading as Flamingos Live, of 31 Morehead Street, Lambton NSW 2299, Australia. Flamingos Live is licensed under NSW Liquor Licence LIQO624002456.

3. Using This Website

You may access and use this website for your own personal use. You must not interfere with or disrupt the operation of this website; attempt to modify, copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of this website; use this website for any unlawful purpose; or copy, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

4. Your Account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please let us know immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Tickets and Bookings

All bookings incur a booking fee, shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once a ticket has been purchased and a table allocated, it is non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 13 below) or where Flamingos Live cancels or significantly reschedules an event (see clause 6).

Ticket prices, availability, and table configurations are subject to change without notice prior to purchase. Once you have purchased a ticket, the price you paid will not change.

Show times, running order, and lineups (including support acts) may change without notice.

We reserve the right to slightly alter the table configuration from the floor plan shown at the time of booking.

Tickets are not transferable for resale. If your plans change, please contact us on (02) 4956 2066 or info@flamingos.live and we’ll do what we can to help.

6. Cancellations by Flamingos Live

If we need to cancel or significantly reschedule an event, we will notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at booking and offer either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date, at your choice. Flamingos Live is not responsible for any other costs you may incur as a result (such as travel or accommodation), except where required by law.

7. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Please let us know about any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances at the time of booking. While we take great care, our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please speak with our staff on arrival.

8. Conduct and Venue Rules

Flamingos Live is fully licensed. Outside food and drink may not be brought into the venue. Guests found with outside alcohol will be asked to leave without a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, or to remove any guest, at our reasonable discretion — including for reasons of intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure to comply with venue staff instructions.

9. Minors and Age Requirements

Flamingos Live’s liquor licence is endorsed as a public entertainment venue. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), a person under 18 must be accompanied by a “responsible adult” at all times while in the venue during a show or performance. A responsible adult, for this purpose, means the minor’s parent, step-parent, or guardian, their spouse or de facto partner, or an adult who is for the time being standing in as their parent — not simply any accompanying adult or family friend.

If you’re booking for a group that includes a minor who won’t be with a parent or guardian, please contact us in advance on (02) 4956 2066 so we can confirm whether that booking can be accommodated for a particular event.

10. Photography, Filming and CCTV

CCTV operates throughout the venue for the safety and security of guests and staff. Footage is retained for 30 days and may be provided to police or other relevant authorities if required.

Flamingos Live may take photographs or video during events for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media and our website). By attending, you consent to being incidentally captured in this way. If you would prefer not to appear in any promotional material, please let a staff member know on the night, or contact us afterwards at info@flamingos.live and we will do our best to have any identifiable images of you removed.

11. Links to Other Websites

Where this website links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for and do not endorse the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites. You should review their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flamingos Live and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or attendance at our venue, including where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, extreme weather, power outages, illness of a performer, or government restrictions).

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (or any other law) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.

13. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a good or service you purchase from us does not meet a consumer guarantee under that law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation, as applicable.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, by using this website you agree to indemnify Flamingos Live and its officers, employees, and contractors against any loss, cost, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wrongdoing.

15. Privacy

Any personal information you provide through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Communications

By providing your email address, you agree that we may send you booking confirmations, event reminders, and other essential service communications by email. You can opt out of marketing communications (but not essential service communications relating to a booking) at any time.

17. Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — belongs to Flamingos Live or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use it without our prior written consent.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and changes take effect once posted. Please check back periodically.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remainder of the Terms will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
