THE ALBUM SHOW, in partnership with Ben Maiorana Entertainment, returns with a brand-new production celebrating the timeless songs of the legendary supergroup The Traveling Wilburys — along with iconic solo hits from Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne and Tom Petty.
Conceived and directed by acclaimed producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Michael Carpenter (The Beatle Boys, Petty Nicks, Shane Nicholson), this show brings together some of Australia’s finest vocalists and musicians to honour one of the most extraordinary collaborative catalogues in music history.
Joining Carpenter on stage are:
• John Kater (The Beatnix, The Beatle Boys)
• Rod Auld (The Beatle Boys, The Soul Movers, Jon English)
• Russell Crawford (Josh Pyke, The Beatle Boys, The Album Show)
• Paul Andrews (Lazy Susan, Yacht Rock Show Band, Family Fold)
This powerhouse lineup — boasting multiple drummers, guitarists, bassists and keyboardists — delivers an authentically rich, high-energy live tribute to the sound, spirit and storytelling of the Wilburys.
Audiences will be treated to:

• Rare bonus recordings from their time together
• Signature songs from each member’s solo career
• Highlights from Harrison’s Beatles years, Lynne’s era with ELO, and Tom Petty’s work with and without The Heartbreakers
