About the Show
Once Upon A Stage – A Theatrical High Tea | Sun 20th Sept
Sunday afternoon in a hundred-year-old Art Deco theatre in Lambton.
This room opened as Coronation Hall. It became the King’s Theatre, then a picture palace, then a theatre restaurant, then Lizotte’s. Today it’s Flamingos Live — and Once Upon A Stage is Wayne Rogers telling the whole story, through the songs, the performers and the moments that happened right where you’re sitting.
High tea comes to your table on tiered stands: delicate finger sandwiches, warm scones with our own jam, and petite desserts. Tea and plunger coffee are bottomless — English Breakfast and Dilmah as standard, and we’ve others behind the bar if you’d like something different. Espresso available to order.
Doors 1pm, high tea served from 1:30pm. The show runs 2:30 to 3:30, photographs afterwards, and we’ll have you away by 4pm.
A lovely one for a birthday, a mother-and-daughter afternoon, or a group of friends who’d rather do something than just have lunch.
Tickets $121 plus $5.25 booking fee
